Wondering where your MELVORYX order is? Tracking starts with the dispatch confirmation sent to your checkout email.
STEP ONE — FIND THE MESSAGE
Search your inbox for the shipping confirmation. Check spam and promotions if necessary. Your order confirmation alone may not yet contain a tracking number.
STEP TWO — OPEN THE CARRIER LINK
Follow the provided tracking link or enter the tracking number on the carrier's website. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show movement.
STEP THREE — READ THE STATUS
• Confirmed: order received.
• Preparing: items being readied for shipment.
• Dispatched: handed to a shipping partner.
• In transit: moving between facilities.
• Out for delivery: scheduled for local delivery.
• Delivered: marked delivered by the carrier.
IF SOMETHING LOOKS WRONG
An unchanged scan does not always mean a parcel is lost. If the estimated window has passed, or tracking says delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, email info@melvoryx.store with your order number. We can review the available records and help investigate.
